Refund Policy

Try before you buy: TalkingKey ships with a free trial, so you can confirm it works on your Mac before paying. If you still aren't happy after purchase, the policy below applies.

14-day money-back

If you are not satisfied with TalkingKey, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No lengthy justification is required.

How to request a refund

Email hello@talkingkey.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number. We will confirm and process the refund through our payment provider.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds for TalkingKey are handled by our payment provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record (named in our Legal Notice). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated licence key is deactivated and the Software may no longer be used under that purchase.
